We are a general contractor and civil engineering firm specializing in road construction, site grading, paving and bridge work.  We provide services to government agencies and private institutions worldwide.   Our vision is to continuously improve our services while increasing capacity.  We self-perform and subcontract work depending on the size of the job, but we have built good working relationships with smaller and larger companies in both the US and overseas.   Our brand of work continues to give our clients access to a high quality of engineering and construction services that meet the standards that are expected.
