President
Yinusa A. Yusuff
Bio: Yinusa Yusuff has over 21 years of experience in the civil engineering field, with a 19-year career with the District Department of Transportation (DDOT). He has experience providing senior design reviews, calculations and specification oversight on many transportation related projects. He is experienced in design details to include roadway designs, utility designs, and structural steel, concrete, construction management and construction inspections. He continues to make recommendations for value engineering for site development. Mr. Yusuff has a successful track record in the management and inspections of construction projects city-wide during his tenure with the District Department of Transportation (DDOT). He has done projects in the District of Columbia, Maryland, Virginia, and Africa. He holds both Engineering and Architecture degrees from the University of the District of Columbia.
Vice President
Sherifat K. Yusuff
Bio: Sherifat Yusuff is vice president of operations and manages all the operations of the company and ensures that there is steady growth in the company and its profits. She is one of the decision makers of the company with planning strategies and overseeing their implementation. She also coordinates with all departments to ensure that all things are working smoothly. She specifically works closely with the department heads to ensure that none of the departments go over budget.
Senior Director Business Development and Project Manager
Lisa Mae Crawford, MBA CAPM
Bio: Lisa has been in construction for over 15 years primarily in residential and commercial building. For over 10 years she owned and operated a construction company in Washington, DC and managed to completion over 300 residential, commercial construction, school projects, and demolition for DGS, MANNA DC, DCSEU, Marous Brothers, Clark Construction, and several others. Her focus has been in energy efficient building and sustainable communities. She has worked with engineering teams in both Dubai and Abu Dhabi on infrastructure projects and sustainable communities in arid places. She holds degrees in Computer Information Systems, Mathematics, and Business Administration.
Senior Director Engineering and Infrastructure Development
Jeron Rogers PE MBA
Bio: Jeron has been in construction engineering for 33 years. He is an accomplished executive with expertise in the areas of Civil/Structural Engineering, Planning, and Consulting in the United States, the Middle East, Africa, and Asian countries. His extensive experience has yielded strong leadership in resolving issues pertaining to special design and infrastructure, as well as resolution of conflicts involving public and elected officials. He is former city administrator for Caddo Parrish, Louisiana. And holds current engineering licenses in eight states. He has a Civil Engineering degree from the University of Texas at Austin and an MBA from Centenary College in Shreveport, LA.
